- Upload only images you have the right to use
- Not upload any illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain all rights to the original images you upload. By using our service, you grant Artozoa a limited license to:
- Process and edit your images for the purpose of creating your custom artwork
- Store your images securely for order fulfillment
- Use anonymized examples in our portfolio (only with your explicit permission)
5. Payment and Pricing
All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes. Payment terms:
- Payment is required before final file delivery
- We use Paddle.com as our payment processor for secure transactions
- Paddle supports various payment methods including credit/debit cards and digital wallets
- All payment information is processed securely by Paddle and we do not store your payment details
- Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will honor the agreed price
- You will receive a receipt for each payment made via email from Paddle
6. Order Process and Delivery
Our standard order process includes:
- Image upload and order placement
- Professional editing by our team
- Preview and approval by you
- Payment processing
- Final file delivery (digital) or shipping (physical prints)
Delivery times vary based on product type and current order volume. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
We strive for customer satisfaction and have a fair refund policy. Please review our detailed Refund Policy for complete information. Key points include:
- Orders can be cancelled before editing begins for a full refund
- Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- We offer up to 2 free revisions if you're not satisfied with the preview
- Digital products are non-refundable after final file delivery and customer approval
- Physical prints may be eligible for refund if damaged during shipping (with photographic evidence)
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery for physical products
8. Limitation of Liability
Artozoa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
