No, you can place orders as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders more easily, save your preferences, and manage multiple orders from one convenient dashboard.

Ordering Process

Placing an order is easy! Follow these steps:

  1. Browse our art styles and select the one you like
  2. Upload your photo(s)
  3. Choose your preferred format (Digital, A4, or A5)
  4. Add any special instructions
  5. Complete payment
  6. Our artists will create your artwork
  7. Review and approve the preview
  8. Receive your final artwork!

For best results, upload high-resolution photos (at least 1000x1000 pixels). The photo should be clear, well-lit, and in focus. Avoid blurry, pixelated, or heavily compressed images. If you're unsure about your photo quality, feel free to contact us for advice.

Yes! You can upload up to 5 photos per order. Our artists will select the best one or combine elements from multiple photos if you request it in your special instructions.

Typical turnaround time is 3-7 business days for digital files. Physical prints may take an additional 5-10 business days for production and shipping. Rush orders are available upon request - please contact us for availability and pricing.

Yes! After we send you the preview, you can request changes or adjustments. We include one round of revisions with each order. Additional revision rounds may incur extra charges depending on the complexity of changes requested.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing varies by art style and format. Each product page displays three pricing tiers: Digital file only, A4 physical print, and A5 physical print. Prices typically range from $15-$50 depending on your selections. Check individual style pages for exact pricing.

We accept bKash mobile payments and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely, and you'll receive a confirmation email once your payment is verified.

Payment is required upfront when placing your order. This allows us to begin work on your artwork immediately. Your payment will be verified within 24 hours, and then our artists will start creating your masterpiece.

Yes! We offer discounts for bulk orders (5+ artworks) and occasionally run seasonal promotions. Contact us at support@artozoa.com to discuss bulk pricing or check back regularly for special offers.

Delivery & Files

After you approve the final artwork, you'll receive a download link via email and in your dashboard. The digital file will be a high-resolution image suitable for printing or digital use. The download link remains active for 30 days.

Digital files are delivered in high-resolution JPG format (300 DPI). If you need a different format (PNG, PDF, etc.), please mention this in your order notes or contact us after placing your order.

Yes! We offer A4 and A5 sized physical prints on premium quality paper. Physical prints are professionally printed and shipped to your address. Shipping times vary by location, typically 5-10 business days within Bangladesh.

Absolutely! You can track your order status at any time using our order tracking page. Simply enter your order number and email address. Registered users can track orders from their dashboard.

No worries! You can always retrieve your download link from your order tracking page or dashboard. If you need assistance, contact our support team with your order number, and we'll send you a new download link.

Policies & Returns

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the preview we send, you can request revisions or cancel your order for a full refund (before final approval). Once you approve the final artwork, sales are final. For damaged physical prints, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

You can cancel your order before we start working on it (within 24 hours of placing the order). Once our artists begin creating your artwork, cancellations are subject to a 30% processing fee. After you approve the preview, orders cannot be cancelled.

Your privacy is important to us. We retain your photos for 90 days after order completion in case you need to request changes or reorder. After 90 days, all customer photos and personal data are permanently deleted from our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Standard orders are for personal use only. If you need commercial usage rights (for products, marketing, resale, etc.), please contact us before ordering. Commercial licenses are available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
